We shall eventually have to accept responsibility for every thought, word, and deed. Take responsibility for exactly whatever suffering we have caused others. It is in the sense that we each create our own heaven and hell. Nothing dissolves dishonesty faster than the simple act of revealing the truth. The only way to increase your power in the world is by increasing your integrity, and by understanding and building a capacity for compassion.
